Swee Chin joined the legal service in 1982 as a legal officer with the Registry of Land Titles & Deeds and was admitted to the Bar on 14 August 1985. She was formerly a partner at various leading local law firms. She was a consultant at Wong, Thomas & Leong before joining Wee, Tay & Lim LLP.
Swee Chin practises real estate. She has acted for individuals, companies and developers in their sale, purchase and leasing of residential, industrial and commercial properties. Swee Chin also advises on estate administration and probate work. She is a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.
