Biography

Pan Lee was called in 1982 and is a senior member of the Bar. His primary area of practice is criminal law, and his over thirty years of experience has seen him act for accused persons across nearly the entire gamut of criminal offences. He is also an experienced advocate in matrimonial and administrative law.

Pan Lee was one of the founding members of the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme (CLAS) and was previously on the executive committee of the Law Society. He has lent his expertise as amicus curiae and is frequently retained to defend fellow lawyers in professional misconduct and criminal matters.
